Delivery & Fulfillment

How long is delivery or lead time?

Do you deliver outside Pampanga/Angeles City?

Yes, we can arrange delivery to other areas in the Philippines. Delivery fees and timelines will depend on your location and order size — this will be included in your quotation.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and report any damage or discrepancies to us right away, ideally with photos. We'll work with you to resolve it through replacement or the appropriate remedy.

Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?

Do you offer installation services?

Yes, we regularly supply materials for residential and commercial projects and are happy to work with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers — including providing samples, spec sheets, and volume pricing for larger builds.
